Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Guthmann vacation farm

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.

Vacation home in the countryside

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
