The apartment has a separate entrance and is part of our converted barn. We live next door with our 2 children and dog Sepp. Kurzenaltheim is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. From here, you can enjoy numerous excursions to the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley. 1-2 children can stay overnight on a mattress. The 68-square-meter apartment is located directly on the B2 and is on the second floor of our house. The apartment is located directly on a boat dock and a cycling and hiking trail (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Direct access to the water, which can also be used for fishing, canoeing and SUP. Our vacationers are also particularly popular with collecting fossils in the hobby stone quarries. Relaxation can be found in the newly renovated Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen with sauna areas and pool bar.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish.
