The apartment has a separate entrance and is part of our converted barn. We live next door with our 2 children and dog Sepp. Kurzenaltheim is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. From here, you can enjoy numerous excursions to the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley. 1-2 children can stay overnight on a mattress. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked additionally.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Direct access to the water, which can also be used for fishing, canoeing and SUP. Our vacationers are also particularly popular with collecting fossils in the hobby stone quarries. Relaxation can be found in the newly renovated Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen with sauna areas and pool bar.
