The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). The chalet is in the hamlet of Coupeau, in the forest above Les Houches, with exceptional views of Mont Blanc. It's a 5-minute drive to Les Houches, 10 minutes to Chamonix, and an hour to Geneva.

The top floor of a chalet situated in one of the best locations in Chamonix: facing the Mont-Blanc and within walking distance to the Brevent skiing area, this is the perfect flat for 2 couples or a couple. The apartment has been designed and furnished with great attention to detail, its modern features contrasting with exposed wooden beams and original features. Bike and ski storage and cleaning possibility plus off-street parking. I am not rated Airbnb Plus because I refuse to have a TV.

The apartment has its own entrance which opens straight into the living area (with kitchenette - mini oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle and cafetiere). The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
