"Traditional Cornish Cottage, Cosy and Homely"

ElizabethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A lovely cornish cottage with great garden for our dog & very convenient parking right outside thd front door which is good for the price. A good & handy welcome guide. We walked to Charlestown which only takes 15 minutes & is beautiful, had a coffee & really nice stroll, beach & harbor walk. We drove to Mevagissey which only takes 20 minutes, enjoyed the atmosphere, shops & a pasty here. The only downside was couldn't find anywhere nice right where we were like a cafe. Busy traffic but quieter at night. Only tip for cottage would be curtains for room our daughter stayed in for coziness & block light out more & a curtain to go accross front door for the same reasons. Other than that its a spacious, pretty & clean cottage, checking in and out was simple. Thank you.

Little SeaView-3 bed, gated beach, Nr Eden Project

Easy check in with clear instructions. House was very clean. Space on driveway to park our Ford Kuga (Escape). Charging was also available from the driveway. 5 min walk to private beach and coastal running/walking path. 10 min walk to Charlestown. Kids room with bunk beds, kids books, and toys in the under stairs closet. This place was perfect for our small family, including our 4 year old and my parents. Coffee maker and well stocked kitchen. 5 min drive to ASDA. Simple check out. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, open plan house with all you need for a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms are big, with comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels and The White Company toiletries in the bathrooms. We would be very happy to stay again as the location is perfect for exploring this part of Cornwall.

Ancient Cob Barn

We had a lovely stay at the end of December at this beautiful cottage. We were greeted by Kate and John who were both really welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of tips for the stay. The cottage was really well equipped, clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. It’s obvious that a lot of love, care and attention to detail has been given creating it. Being able to watch the movies on a large projector screen in the evenings was brilliant, especially during this time of the year when it gets dark really early. We went on a coastal hike from the cottage to Porthpean to Pentewan and had the best fish and chips sandwich at the Ship Inn Pentewan, then took a much faster and easier way back to the cottage following the cycle route. Thank you for having us :)

Little Polmear- Charlestown, cosy 2 bed apartment

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were really pleased we chose Little Polmear for our holiday. It is really well positioned, within walking distance of Charlestown and St Austell but at the same time in a really quiet and peaceful location. We were really lucky with the weather which meant we could make good use of the balcony/patio area. Little Polmear is ideal, very well equipped and comfortable. Laura and her family were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Cottage near beaches and Eden project

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Very peaceful place, in an amazing countryside setting, quite a hike to town but it’s worth it. Everything was clean and cosy, the flat was very tastefully furnished, well equipped and warm. The hosts were lovely and friendly. It was nice to spend some time with the goats and the donkeys.
