The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

Perfect location for golfing with Gullane, North Berwick, Reneisannce, archerfield, Craigielaw, Kilspindie and Longniddry on doorstep or pop to St Andrew in around 90 min (drive) Glenkinchie whisky distillery is also local to pop up to for a tour (10 min). 1 x dbl bed & 1 x dbl sofa bed
