Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

My son stayed at the holiday place with his support staff. They said the place was very nice and there was lots to do with lovely walks, restaurant nearby, Pub with live music. I would book this place again.

Deborah's listing was very accurate. she provided precise instructions for access to the property and directions tothe property. Deborah and her husband a lovely people, welcoming and friendly. the accommodation was perfect for our needs. it is about a half hours walk to a few pubs that sell good food and a little further to the seafront in Exmouth. we had a lovely break. The accomodation is a bungalow adjacent to Deborah's house. it's far enough across the garden to be reclusive if that's your thing but close enough to allow socialising, as we did. there's plenty of parking space too.

We stayed at palms 34 and it was everything we had hoped for, clean tidy and quiet. Perfect location, lots to do, beaches close by Westwood ho 5 mins walk, Bude beach 45min drive. Putsborough beach 40min drive (definitely worth going as secluded and quiet , great beach cafe seving excellent food). Kam was the perfect host and was clear on instructions for everything, super friendly and attentive and responsive , would recommend palms 34 if you want a great quiet peaceful holiday, Westwood ho beach close by , lots of shops ice-cream and things to do but also to travel further afield as its the perfect location to go further up north to putsborough and Woolacombe beaches for the day, also within distance to go south towards Bude. Lovely holiday would definitely visit again.

Where to start? We were already holidaying in the area at another property for a week, when we decided to extend our stay. We found Stepping Stones , which had become available due to a cancellation. How lucky were we? The accommodation was spacious, clean, well equipped & the views from the sitting room are stunning. The hosts were very approachable & patient, particularly when we encountered an initial problem, which was swiftly resolved. No negatives from us. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to secure a stay at Stepping Stones in the future.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. we had a very comfortable stay, with everything we needed. The home is peaceful and spacious with beautiful views. The Beach, Burgh island, local shops,cafe, pubs & restaurants are all within walking distance. NB arrive during day light hours as the roads leading to the house are single track and require a lot of patience and focus. We would most deffinatley visit again.

Absolutely beautiful place exceptionally clean and kept to very high standards. Very well equip everything you could need. Gardens and decking clean and tidy. Great for our dog big enclosed safe garden. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

Nicola was such a great host, so friendly and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. the bungalow was absolutely spotless and comfortable. The beds were great and the bed linen was a lovely quality (very Important to me!) I'd definitely stay here again as so local to an array of restaurants and walks. We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a beautiful, peaceful location with fantastic views that made every morning feel like a treat. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and we spent plenty of time enjoying the fresh air. Check-in was super easy, and we found the place spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it hard to leave! The kitchen was great too, though the temperature marks on the cooker had faded a bit, so we had to do some guesswork there. There was a slight musty smell in two of the bedrooms, but it wasn't a big deal and didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we loved our stay and felt right at home. We're already looking forward to coming back soon – thank you for such a lovely getaway!"

What a great find! This bungalow was lovely, comfortable, warm and homely. There was a games console and dvds (although we didn’t get chance to try them). The beds were really comfy. The views from the holiday village were amazing…Even on the most miserable of days. We stayed during half term, so there was a bit of kids entertainment on most evenings in the family bar, but even if there wasn’t, there are books and games galore, besides the outdoor ones. Limited food availability (very basic) but there is a lovely restaurant across the road in walking distance too. Close enough to travel to any other Cornwall sights. Would definitely stay again. My daughter and I loved our stay! The accommodation was great and Bridget was a great host! The surrounding area was stunning and plenty of lovely walks! I would definately recommend it!

A stunning home in a beautiful part of the country. Country walks a plenty and with a little better weather would have been amazing to experience. Lots of things to do within a 30-45 min drive (Eden Project, Camel Creek, Arthur’s Castle, Merlin’s Cave) as well as the ferry to Padstow. Kids loved it. The place was immaculate and the host was immensely responsive when it turned out the code provided wasn’t originally correct. Absolute thumbs up from us 👍👍👍

We had an great stay in Braunton at this lovely spot. 5 min to the beach in Saunton, easy walk to shops in Braunton, quiet street with fairly protected front garden and back garden as well. We really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend it, and hope to come back again.

The bungalow is gorgeous and the lounge is so spacious. Personally I don't think the photos do it justice! It was spotlessly clean and the location for us was perfect as it allowed us to sit out on the decking whilst our boys played in the playground with their new found friends! Considering it is a big site, I found it really peaceful. The pool was brilliant and the lifeguards were super friendly! The beach is a short drive away with LOTS of parking so you never have to worry about getting there super early. Lots of rock pools to go exploring in too. Fabulous Bungalow, fab location and would definitely recommend!!
