Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Topsail Beach

This place is a gem! Beds were comfy, views of the sound at sunset were amazing and the produce stand next to the house made grabbing last minute items a breeze! We will definitely be coming back 😊

This is a great place to stay if needing to be right in Hampstead. Luis let us come early and the place was very clean. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs. It had everything you would need and loved how much outdoor space there was. The main bedroom mattress was super comfortable but the other mattresses in the other bedroom were not as comfortable and the beds are not suited for tall people. We also wished that the main room had actual doors rather than sliding doors so we could move more freely/make more noise as our child napped during the day and went to bed early. The coffee maker was confusing to work too- might be a user error! Overall very clean and cute place located right in Hampstead!!!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

Nicole’s place was wonderful for our group! Nicole was very responsive and has everything organized so well. My bestfriend and I took our kids here for their summer trip and it was perfect. The area is peaceful and less than a five minute drive to the beach or a mile walk! It looks exactly how it’s pictured. We were able to play most of the games and have family dinner under the screened porch. We also made smores with the fire pit. She has all of the household essentials and beach essentials stocked. Her instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the home and location. The pool table and river brought a lot of laughs and memories made. The hosts were helpful and very responsive. We had an amazing time and thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

Tickled Pink was the perfect house for our family. I have never stayed in a rental that was stocked so well, kitchen and bathrooms. We always had enough plates, cups and towels. The house and all the activities in the pool area were wonderful for all the grandkids to enjoy. Pool was heated and appreciated on mostly cool days the beginning of June. Location was quiet and the beach not crowded. We had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink and highly recommend this well managed property. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Meghan is the best! Her hospitality is top notch — we could not have had any better. She is friendly, accommodating and gave wonderful recommendations for local eateries and attractions. The house is so cozy, clean and comfy— we felt right at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave. She messaged us right before check in to welcome us and let us know about wonderful updates to the house. Also, we just have to mention the deck view is fantastic for sunrise/sunset! So close to the beach and relaxed community. We would HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars all around🤩❤️

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and our dog had the best time running around in the big, fenced in backyard. Location is great, on a quiet street walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop, and just a couple minutes drive over the bridge to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Such a great place to stay! Had an amazing time, private but also right next to everything. You can walk to the beach/restaurants. Instructions and check-in was a breeze. Definitely would recommend and will come back again!!

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

This was a great stay! It is literally steps from the beach and from restaurants. The outdoor living area was well thought out and relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights. I really loved the decor of our place as well. It was cool meeting another family staying next door and getting to hang out with them. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was just the getaway we needed! Lary’s place was extremely clean and comfortable! the outdoor space and landscaping were spectacular, it felt like being at a resort. the neighborhood was quite and relaxing, however not walkable to town as there are not many side walks. definitely rent a bike or a golf cart!

Great place, beach house energy!! Walkable to the beach, nice dock at the end of the road. Close to great restaurants and still convenient to Holden & Southport (25-30 min drive) we went to both for dinner. Also has great amenities with the beach equipment they have for guest, helped us as we didn’t come fully prepared as we normally do! Johnny (their Pup) was a sweet touch to say hey to when he was out with his people, the hostess, whom are both very friendly!!!! :) I’d recommend this house to anyone to stay at!

Harry's "Scarlet" studio was so quaint and cozy for our weekend stay. The bed was perfect and the decor was gorgeous. Scarlet was about a 15 minute walk from the river and the neighborhood was quite peaceful. If you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable studio suite for your visit to Wilmington, then look no further.

It is exactly as pictured! Its steps away from the beach. Mary Margaret was very responsive and so nice!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay & felt comfortable there. Really enjoyed the screen porch dining area looking at the lake. Would recommend. If you are going on the Ancient Cypress Tours it’s a great location to stay, only about 25 minutes away.

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

Great place to stay! Great for hanging out with friends and family. Very private. The host are great !! Very friendly. I’d say choose this place if you want to be near everything and also have privacy!!

Heidi and Kevin really have made this space feel like home. Heidi is extremely kind and truly was a help to us during our trip for planning and attraction finding. They even brought us some fresh eggs from their chickens and some fresh produce. Not only was the airbnb spotless and comfortable, the owners were beyond kind and made this an amazing trip!

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean and nice place. We used the Get Away house as well that was available during our stay. It was the perfect set up. And the fenced in back yard was very nice. We will return in the future for a future stay.

The accommodations were quaint and the property was peaceful and lovely. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Hosts were nice and very responsive in their communication. Sparrows Nest is convenient to grocery stores, fuel stations, and a great Mexican restaurant and pizza place! I only wish we had more time to explore the mill pond and make use of the amenities including the kayaks; we stayed here where it was convenient to boating access to join a special group for a PWC trip on the Cape Fear River. It was overall a very nice weekend celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary! Memories made! We will recommend this place to others and will book again in the future.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

Cute cabin surrounded by a beautiful property. Very peaceful. There is a second cabin on the property next to each other; the only thing I would say is the garage door/window does not provide much privacy. If you have neighbors in the other cabin you can see right in. Maybe a tint the window would be helpful. Otherwise, the cabin is adorable and very clean. There is a cute porch to sit on and a fire pit!
