The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.
