Condo vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

We stayed the weekend as a little beach getaway for our son’s 1st birthday, and couldn’t have had a better experience! The condo was clean and had beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing!

This is a great location for walking to the boardwalk, and we were happy to have an elevator since our group included my elderly mother and little kids. Beds were super comfortable. Carnival and fireworks at night were great. Warning to toddler parents: our two year old was able to fit his head and most of his body between the rails on the balcony (and he refused to stop doing it), so we had to make the balcony off limits. The bunk room is on the street side of the building and you can hear the music coming from the bar next door late into the night, although our kids slept fine with a white noise machine. The queen bedroom has no windows and was quiet.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Would not hesitate to book another stay! Peaceful, quiet location. Amazing sunrise and ocean views. Found the condo to be clean and exactly as described. Owner quick to respond. Loved the early check in option.

Our time at Bikini Bottom was everything I hoped for and more. The views were stunning, the villa was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the beach access and pools made every day feel like we were at a resort. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Steve’s condo was EXTREMELY clean, maintained and cozy. The view of the ocean here is amazing, it’s about as close to the ocean as you can get! The beach was clean and pretty easy to walk and not nearly as crowded as other places, this condo is also located directly beside the beach access!! Steve as a host was incredible! He was very helpful and informative and wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. We are already thinking about returning to this location for next year’s vacation and if we do, we will certainly book with Steve at this same condo again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jen was fantastic! I had booked last minute and so did another family on a different platform. Jen worked tirelessly to get us a place in the same resort. She made it happen and we had a great time!

Hosts were very responsive and the condo was nicely furnished. The one minute walk to the beach was the selling point for us.

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). This place is a little gem! It is pristine with beautiful views. The unit itself is very nice and well stocked. The complex was great with five different pools and beach access. The restaurant on site is exceptional. We stayed with our two girls and bought groceries for breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner at the restaurant most days and it was great!

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. With running paths on the beach front area, historical site, and main road, we were able to get active before relaxing all day on the beach located just steps from our door! The condo was beautiful and updated with comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook. Steve was a phenomenal host; he was very communicative and responsive prior to check in. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

The hosts accommodated my husband and I on a super last minute getaway. The condo was wonderful. It was in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. It was very clean, well stocked, with comfy beds and nice furniture. We didn’t use the pool because we were too busy enjoying the beach. The balcony was wonderful to enjoy in the morning having coffee overlooking the ocean. We’d definitely love to return.

We stayed for an extended weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The view is amazing, the beds/furniture comfy and they have everything you need here. If you have a piece of beach gear that is a must have then certainly bring it, but there’s nothing to worry about here, they have you covered - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kiddos, etc. Only slight snag we had was with the WiFi, but a quick message and turnaround response and a workaround was in place. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb experiences!

This place worked great for our weekend away- loved the pool, restaurants, access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and great to work with.

Great location. Wish there was more to do in the area. Lovely walks around island. Jennifer was extremely helpful when it came to the tides. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

Definitely worth every penny you pay to stay here! it was very comfortable and about as oceanfront as you could possibly get. the host has quite literally thought of everything when it comes to amenities in the home too!

Unit is great for a visit to the beach. Convenient access, quiet, great parking. Upstairs Mstr BrRm xlt. Dwnstairs BdRm only allows suitcase space on floor. Kitchen is fully furnished, usable & made food prep easy. Clean up rules eliminate cleaning fees IMO. I'd stay again.

Beautiful pristine breach condo, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think of. There are not enough words to describe the view. Early check in and check out, the hosts were so kind thoughtful and responsive. This is my third summer traveling to SC/NC this was by far the best experience. I not only had a beautiful stay and made beautiful memories I gained a new friends, Denise and family are wonderful. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!
