John was very helpful with any questions or requests we had. He made it very easy to get in touch with and was always responsive. The location was great-everything we wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. My friend and I were able to feel very at home. Look forward to staying there again when we visit Wilmington again in the further!

You’ll like everything about this nicely appointed, clean & modern 1BR apartment right at the heart of the UNCW campus! You even have your own laundry in unit, a desk and 2 TV’s to stream most anything you could want to. It was perfect for me. Travis is a good host and makes everything super simple, which is welcoming to see!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It was absolutely stunning, extremely private, very accessible, and within a short walk to the amenities of downtown Wilmington. The area is extremely safe, beautiful to walk, and overall a great location! The house itself comes equipped with just about anything you need and truly feels like a home away from home. My husband and I could not recommend this place enough! The owner is also extremely responsive and so kind to talk to.

Thank you for being such kind hosts and I appreciate you allowing me to stay in your beautiful home. Hopefully I will be back to stay again soon.

We have stayed at this place several times and always feel right at home. The condo is bright with a spacious living room and a gorgeous view of the river and battleship. The bathroom has plenty of counter space with a nice walk-in shower. Everything is so clean. The bed and furniture are so comfortable. We can't wait to return for our annual Wilmington pilgrimage.

Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

What a fabulous location! Right in the heart of downtown Wilmington with easy access to local breweries (great new one that just opened right next door), shops and restaurants! Jack was a great host with great communication and quick response times. Would for sure recommend and stay there again!

We loved the very close access to the beach and the coffee shop (SUNdays) right around the corner! Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus as we drove to other beaches (Kure and Carolina) and into Wilmington during our weeklong stay. It was perfect for just me and my husband!

Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my time here. The house is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. And for One Tree Hill fans — this place is a gem! It’s within walking distance of the iconic bridge shown in the show's opening, which was such a special treat. You can also take a lovely walk to the pier, where you’ll find several charming coffee shops. Highly recommended for a peaceful and cozy stay in Wilmington!

Perfect location, right next to board walk so you don’t have to pay for parking anywhere!! Lots of good food options around the area and super cozy suite!

Had an awesome and peaceful stay here. We used the bikes every day and it was a 5 minute ride to the beach and all the little shops and restaurants. Everything was so clean and we had more than everything we could need here. They provided towels, beach gear, hair dryer, etc. Highly recommend!

Daniel was great! Answered all my questions and was super quick with his responses. The house was immaculate I almost felt bad touching stuff. I really enjoyed my stay and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the home! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice location. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown area with food and entertainment. Host was friendly and responded fast! Will definitely book again.

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

This place was a gem! It had every amenity you could need from kitchen knives, toasters, blenders, sandwich bags and more. The bikes and beach chairs were also very nice and convenient to have. The place was amazing. The only downside was that we could hear the movement of the people staying above us. Not the hosts fault though. It wasn’t too bad - just a little annoying when we were trying to sleep so just keep that in mind! Overall, would definitely stay here again!

The home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my son and I to stay for our golf trip.

Was promised beach and awesome location and beach was what we got! Awesome sunrises, great views! We watched dolphins frolic in the surf. The home was away from noise and hustle and bustle. There were beach chairs, kites, some beach toys. It was what we needed!

If you looked up the definition for a perfect host, Tracy would surely come up as a result. She was very responsive, friendly flexible, and always willing to help. Tracy was always willing to accommodate and ready whenever we needed. Love coming to Sunset beach knowing that there’s a place just around the corner from the beach access is perfect. or definitely Tracy’s place a regular spot to come and relax.

Cute condo just a short walk to the beach. There is a nice relaxing balcony to sip coffee or relax after being in the sun all day. The beach isn’t as busy and with the rocks it helps keep the waves at bay for the little ones. There is access to an outdoor pool and also if the weather doesn’t cooperate there is an indoor pool and workout room. My family enjoyed our visit, and would stay here again.

Staying at Lisa's place was the best decision we made on our trip! We stayed a few days after camping and she went out of her way to help us, beyond what we ever expected. We had the chance to talk with her for awhile, and she truly left an impact on us. The Casita was perfect for 2 people, and all the amenities were thoroughly thought through in the guest's best interest. The property is like a little garden paradise, with a bunch of places to sit peacefully and enjoy. We felt comfortable, clean, safe, and right at home! We will always recommend Lisa's unique place to anyone staying in the area. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Had a good stay at Ryan’s place. It’s on the 3rd floor (no elevator but Ryan was clear about this before booking). Right across from the pool club and easy access to the road to get to Sunset Beach. Ryan has really maximized the space with the beds set up. Couches were comfortable! Thanks Ryan!

This condo was beautiful and has an even more beautiful view of the pools and ocean! We had a wonderful stay and would most definitely return!
