Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. 2nd floor condo ,Two bedrooms with Queen beds, 50” TVs with Netflix, etc. There is a full kitchen and a large back porch for dining and relaxing evenings . The beach entrance is visible from the property, only 2 blocks away with golf cart parking right by the Hamlet Ave public beach access. There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! ( must have valid license).

You can’t beat this location!! Just 2 blocks from the beach, tucked off the main road and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk/ downtown CB are less than a 5-minute drive away. This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
