The stay at Decoboco was fantastic! The house is very large and clean and has everything you could need. The area is very quiet and you sleep pleasantly. I loved the attention to detail and the comfort. The host is always proactive and ready for any eventuality! We will definitely be back.

I loved staying at Nakashiki’s apartment. Perfect location just a short walk from the station. Shimokitazawa is my favourite part of Tokyo. Everything is so close to get to. The apartment is exactly as described and he is a friendly and responsive host. 5 stars from me for my stay.

This little house is perfect for families. We stayed here in 2019 and loved it so much. We just knew we wanted to stay here again! The house was perfect for our family of 5, with 3 children 10 and younger. There are so many things to do in Koenji and so many restaurants close by. You can’t beat how close it is to the JR Chuo line at Koenji station. We highly recommend this home!

We went to Tokyo in June of 2025 and wanted a central place to stay where we could easily walk around. Neighborhood is safe, there is a Family Mart and a Lawsons right up the street and a 7-11 close as well. About a 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of things, shopping. Area, Godzilla head area. Train station about a 15 minute walk. The area is safe, his place has a washer you won’t get in a hotel. Ideal for 2 or 3 people, you could do 4 but that’s max. I would stick to 2 or 3. Wi-Fi worked well. Would stay there again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location showed up funky for taxi drivers, so we would use the restaurant address across the street as our waypoint. The space was large enough to fit our group of 5 comfortably, although I will say the pillows were quite firm for us. I would definitely recommend this place for others who want easy access to Akihabara.

Kevin’s place was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient and close to public transport, great restaurants, and a couple of 7-Elevens just around the corner. It was easy to get to all the major sights, but the neighborhood still felt peaceful and local. The shower was amazing!!The water pressure was great and super relaxing after a long day of exploring. We did have a few issues figuring out the washer/dryer combo unit, but overall it didn’t impact our stay, just something to keep in mind probably. The check-in instructions were clear and made arrival totally stress-free. Kevin was an excellent host! He’s very quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Chie’s place. The apartment was lovely, clean, and in a peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing break. Chie and her husband were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to reply and happy to help with any questions we had, even those not directly related to our stay. They gave great local recommendations and were very helpful when we were checking out. The beds were super comfy—definitely the highlight of the house! We’d love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment is located just a few steps away from Shibuya, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood — the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. It had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

This place was great! The host was nice although I never got to meet her in person. This is my first trip to Japan and this place was perfect! the Nishi-Megome station was nearby, although walking there with luggage would be a bit rough, but it is only 15 minutes. it also makes it easy to get anywhere from there. Loved it! Would definitely come back if it was available!

had an amazing stay at kasha's! the apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities we required. kasha was also helpful when we asked her for assistance regarding a delivery package. overall, great experience!!! will return again ☺️

We are very lucky to find this place. it is very comfortable, quiet and clean! It has the best location, 10 minutes walk to Sensoji Temple, 20 minutes walk to Sky Tree. Just one street away is Family Mart. There are many small shops and restaurants around. Living here can help you understand the Japanese lifestyle. The landlord was very responsible to help us solve various problems from before we checked in to after we checked out. The response was very timely. I strongly recommend choosing this place as your accommodation in Tokyo! We will definitely choose this place again when we come to Tokyo next time!

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean and with all the necessary even if you would like to work. Excellent wifi. The area is so nice with lots of options for lunch or dinner.

Convenient accommodation not too far to walk. Friendly host. Many convenient store surrounded. Call taxi easy from both side of the street.

I’m in town with my family and we wanted some place cozy and near the action. This more than delivered. But, as it happened, our daughter got sick 🤧 and so this place was an AMAZING place in which to recover. It had tons of extra water, toilet paper. It came with good rooms, with separate climate controls. It’s quiet. the rooms are socially distant from each other. The shower 🚿 was awesome. It’s very easy to stay clean, and keep up on laundry. And through it all, our host periodically checked in on us with helpful reminders and suggestions that really helped. We loved 🥰 our time here. We’ve been to Japan many times and spent a lot more, on some occasions, to get far less than we did this time. Thank you 🙏🏼 for a wonderful stay!

Fast and responsive owners. Place was clean and check in was relatively simple. Walking distance to the train stations which was really convenient. Would choose this accommodation again if ever visiting Tokyo again.

Mitsuko was friendly and easily contactable. She allowed us to check in earlier and leave our luggage there. Location was quiet too as it was away from Shinjuku but not too far from it. Hatagaya station was just a 7 mins walk with many convenience store along the way. Shinjuku was only 2 stops away. If you’re planning to visit Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku, this is the place to stay. Size is just nice for 2 people. We were able to open both our luggage.

Enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Very easy to access, very convenient (proximity to the train to go to the airport, konbini), very authentic :-). Communication with the owner was seamless and enjoyable. Be careful if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs, the train tracks are rather close.

Easy to access, well located to move around in the city. Prompt answers from the host. Bathroom a little bit too narrow.

The location is great if you want more of a chill vibe. The metro locations and bus locations are within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants down the street. The apartment itself is great!! Highly recommend and would stay again.
