Thank you Kiko for letting us reserve and stay in your lovely place while we stayed in Tokyo. Your place was like a home away from home for us while we were in Tokyo. Kiko made our stay very special by decorating the room with balloons and helping my sons celebrate their birthdays while in Japan. Kiko was very prompt with her responses and so kind to answer all my questions regarding transportation, places to eat, and luggage storage. We had five family member with us and we had enough rooms and beds for everyone. The 5g WiFi worked well for us too. For those who have difficulty getting up and down stairs, this place may not be suitable for you, but overall, Kiko’s place was a great place to stay. Thanks again Kiko!

XinyiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family and I were very impressed with Masato’s place! It was huge, clean and very near to the train station! Bed and pillows were very comfortable which had alot of praises from my family as well! Train station was merely a 5 mins walk away with a local super-mart along the way. Masato-san had been very responsive when we have questions and always provide us with the best recommendations. Thank you for making us feel like home during the period!

Kenji is a great host who is very responsive. Due to flight delays, we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and he was kind enough to stay up and show us in. Definitely check out the black spa as per his recommendation. He has bikes that you can borrow to explore the neighborhood.

Adrien and Shinobu's place was a perfect base for the last few days of our trip. There were 9 of us staying and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the herb garden outside - especially the rosemary! - and the sense of space. Adrien and Shinobu were really friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you are travelling with a big group.

I’m in town with my family and we wanted some place cozy and near the action. This more than delivered. But, as it happened, our daughter got sick 🤧 and so this place was an AMAZING place in which to recover. It had tons of extra water, toilet paper. It came with good rooms, with separate climate controls. It’s quiet. the rooms are socially distant from each other. The shower 🚿 was awesome. It’s very easy to stay clean, and keep up on laundry. And through it all, our host periodically checked in on us with helpful reminders and suggestions that really helped. We loved 🥰 our time here. We’ve been to Japan many times and spent a lot more, on some occasions, to get far less than we did this time. Thank you 🙏🏼 for a wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay at Kei’s place. I was intimidated at first because after research it said that it’s an hour, at least, to and from major spots like Shibuya, which is nearly accurate, but that’s just how many places there are. The downside is if you want to stay past midnight, transportation can be tricky with some lines stopping after 12mn. Also, the only other challenge is the headroom. My husband is 6’4” and he found himself hitting his head many times, so this is something to think about when booking. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful area that is within walking distance to groceries and many nice restaurants by the train station. It is also very quiet and peaceful.

This place was great! The host was nice although I never got to meet her in person. This is my first trip to Japan and this place was perfect! the Nishi-Megome station was nearby, although walking there with luggage would be a bit rough, but it is only 15 minutes. it also makes it easy to get anywhere from there. Loved it! Would definitely come back if it was available!

Kanako was awesome!! We had a sudden 7 hour delay for our flight out of Haneda leaving us stranded at the airport for 13 hours with 2 pets and no where to go. I found Kanako’s air bnb and messaged her earlier in the morning asking if we could come by around noon even though it was before check in time because we needed a place to go with our pets asap! She responded right away and let us come by whenever we were ready. The place was clean, convenient and just what we needed! It was so kind of her to take our pets too. She is an awesome host!

It was very special to have an entire Japanese home for my family of 4 in Tokyo. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, sliding screens, tons of windows for lots of options for light and air and privacy, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom on the first floor met all of our needs. Ryuchi was so kind, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how to operate the window shutters and providing us snacks and drinks. The Asakusa neighborhood was so quiet but with tons of restaurants, and between 2 transport stations. The AC (in every room) worked great - providing respite during hot days of walking. This is a great home base to explore Tokyo!

I did a lot of research when booking a place for our stay in Tokyo. I wanted somewhere centrally located, a neighborhood with easily accessible restaurants and shops yet not too busy, and a place where my son and daughter could each have their own room—and two showers/toilets. I found ALL of these things at this place. We loved the Takadanobaba area, and found travel to all of the neighborhoods we wanted to visit to be very easy. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and water pressure was awesome in showers. The washing machine was easy to use and detergent was provided, there isn’t a dryer and clothes took several days to dry in rainy season but there are lots of hangers and also a laundromat down the street. Shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, umbrellas, slippers and iron were provided. We loved the Big Box store next to Takadanobaba station for coffee/baked goods for breakfast and shopping on second floor! Such a wonderful place to stay.
