Well located and easy access to numerous neighboring beaches 10 minutes from Meia Praia and Porto Belo. 40 minutes from Florianópolis 30 minutes from Balneário With air-conditioning and a washing machine.

This place is perfect for group trips, close to the best beaches of Santa Catarina, (access by car). Well equipped and comfortable, with private garage, (uncovered) electronic gate. Close to a supermarket and pharmacy. (access by car) Residential neighborhood near the lake. The beaches of Tijucas, Porto Belo, Itapema and Meia Praia are close by, but you need a car to get there. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet location near the best beaches in southern Brazil.

It also has a full kitchen with laundry and a balcony with a barbecue area. Building with elevator, guarded entrance at night, electronic gate. We provide bed and bath linens, iron and hairdryer.
