Jeison is a great host, check-in is very quiet and flexible, the accommodation is very well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, in short, a great cost benefit.

The stay was great, a great location, but the view to the sea is disturbed by the buildings under construction. The description of the apt is perfect, the host was receptive and polite.

Our stay in Itapema was very pleasant, organized and cozy apartment and with a lot of privacy, we felt at home.

Luiz's apartment is excellent, very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and a good market and pharmacies, as well as being close to the shops and restaurants of Meia Praia. The contact with the building manager who received us was also always very calm and attended to us quickly in everything that was necessary. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Estadia! The apartment has a strategic location a few steps from the beach, the market and the commerce, making everyday life easier. The place is stylish, with a careful decoration that creates a clear and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, very well-equipped, as well as the other rooms, made us feel at home from the first moment. The host stood out for the attention and speed of responses, making all the difference in the experience. It was so pleasant that we were wondering if we couldn't have extended the stay. Very cozy place, in the AP had everything we need. It was very clean and all organized. The location is great and has a side door in the garage with access to the beach.

Liane's apartment is sensational!! extremely clean, organized and everything new. Clean and new bed and bath linens. The shower is the best I've ever experienced. The view from the balcony of the building at the edge of the beach, you can see the entire coastline. It is, without a doubt, a unique experience!
