Very good stay, apartment in a great location, close to the beach, close to the main avenue, close to markets and pharmacies. Very well organized space, clean and has everything to feel at home. The person who accommodated us was very receptive, always attentive and concerned with giving us instructions and making us feel well accommodated!

The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and quite comfortable. There were 8 of us, adults, seniors, children and teenagers, and everyone loved the place. The host was super attentive and the service was exceptional, super attentive and always striving to please. We love it and recommend it.

A beautiful stay, we were a group of 12 friends for a week. The place was perfect for us and very close to everything!

The place is beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood. We had to be in two places when a flood hit Brazil and we discovered that it is in an elevated area, so we had no problem spending the day.

Guilherme was an excellent host, always available to answer us and answer our questions. The accommodation and stay were wonderful, we really felt at home. Everything very cozy and the pool is not even talked about, we enjoy it a lot. Location close to absolutely everything. 5-Star Host and Accommodation.

It was the second time I stayed at this house and, just like the first time, everything went very well. The house was clean, well equipped, with quality showers and the location is great, very close to the beach. The host was always very kind.

The house is very nice as seen in the photos posted, it is big and comfortable. There are things to improve like everything for example for 10 or 12 people several kitchen items were missing. The location of the house is very good, on the corner there is a very large supermarket and the main avenue, regarding the distance to the sea is not the one published but it is 380 meters but you arrive quietly and quickly. Jonas is an excellent host. He responded to every request we made and always willing to answer questions. The last 2 days there was a problem with the bathrooms that could not be used correctly but since it was Saturday and Sunday they did not get a technician to solve it.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Great place, very close to the beach, just across the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot.

Guilherme welcomed us very well, super flexible at check-in, very good, super clean and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable bed, we had a perfect stay

In addition to everything super tidy and fragrant, it still received us with fresh welcoming fruits. Not counting on the various unannounced facilities: hairdryer, portable crib and bathtub for my baby, a girl in the building itself always ready to support... The access to the apt is by electronic lock, which made it very easy even at the exit, since our return was at dawn and we do not need to give a physical key to anyone. For the external doors of the building, Elizeth provided us with 3 tags, which was great, as it allowed us to arrive at different times to the condominium without the slightest problem. Great! Super recommend!!!! :)
