Close to a supermarket and pharmacy. (access by car) Residential neighborhood near the lake. The beaches of Tijucas, Porto Belo, Itapema and Meia Praia are close by, but you need a car to get there. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet location near the best beaches in southern Brazil.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with air-conditioning, one en-suite with a king-size bed and 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a social bathroom, a living room with a retractable and reclining sofa that can be used as a bed and a dining room. It also has a full kitchen with laundry and a balcony with a barbecue area. Building with elevator, guarded entrance at night, electronic gate. We provide bed and bath linens, iron and hairdryer.
