Excellent house in Tijucas - SC.

Relax with the family in this cozy house 15 km from beautiful beaches in Itapema and Bombinhas, 30 km from Balneário Camboriú and Governador Celso Ramos. Bosque da Mata is a very quiet neighborhood, excellent for walking, bakery 400 m away, Koch supermarket 800 m away, pharmacy, snack bars, pizzeria and a lake with playground. Safe house, equipped with electric fence, covered garage, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with air conditioning. Full kitchen.
