Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Die Villa liegt leicht oberhalb von Brissago im sonnigen Tessin. Sie bietet einen perfekten Kompromiss zwischen zentraler Lage (das Ortszentrum und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar) und Natur. Über einen parkähnlichen Garten gelangt man in die Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Vier davon im ersten Stock und eines in Form einer separaten Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss. Ein Balkon und mehrere Terrassen bieten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung draussen. Ein Pool ist in den Sommermonaten auch vorhanden.

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
