The room is located on the ground floor. Access is at the back of the house. Going up from the parking lot, two short flights of stairs, then there is the internal garden. The attached garden is pleasant and discreet, it ensures intimacy and freshness. Room is arranged to prepare breakfast and meals, with fridge, iron for cooking, and dishwasher.

The Uferhaus Luccio is detached on the lake promenade (free for residents). Directly opposite, a staircase leads into the lake. Ideal for relaxing and swimming, but also undisturbed work. 120 square meters over two floors are surrounded by over 700 square meters of garden with sunbathing lawn, shady trees and barbecue. From the terrace on the 2nd floor, you have a wide view of the lake. On the same property is the waterfront house Pescatore, a rustic house that can be booked for up to 2 people.
