It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor, the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor, the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Kavo Maison is immersed in the greenery of Sessa, a small village in Malcantone, only 15KM from Lugano and 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. The accommodation offers a double room, a breakfast corner (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge) and a private bathroom. A second room with a bunk bed and cot is available when booking for 3/4 persons. The accommodation has a private parking space, free wifi, and a large private garden.

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
