Stunning apartment! Beautiful decor and wonderful view. Erica met us and helped us feel right at home. We would have loved to stay longer and will return if ever given the chance!

My partner and I had such a wonderful time staying here, we absolutely fell in love with both Locarno and the flat. The bed was super comfy, the area was peaceful and safe, the open plan kitchen/dining/sleeping area is spacious, clean and efficient. And only a few minutes walk from town, shops and bars and restaurants. Philippe is a proactive and friendly host and was a good communicator with us throughout our stay, updating us on when the flat would be ready/that we could stay for a few more hours before we had to check out. Couldn't recommend this more! :))

The stay was completely successful. Check-in was completely straightforward and the apartment corresponded exactly to the photos. Everything was very clean and maintained. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony with wonderful morning sun, a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

This is my second time staying in Tenero in the Grottino and only experienced it positively. I felt comfortable and welcome in this cozy apartment and the beautiful garden. Esther is a warm host – thank you so much for letting me stay in the Grottino again.

Everything was as described and absolutely uncomplicated. The contact with Andrea was just as smooth and fast. It's a pity that we only spent one night passing through there.

Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. Beautiful house on the slopes. Amazing view from the house just like in the pictures. I thought the house looks much better than the pictures. Nicole was extremely kind but perhaps communication was a little affected by google translate but all is fixed since I had a Swiss friend. For ASEAN guests, please take note that the garbage bags are paid so usually they use 1 bag for the stay and please take note of the trash organisation instructions on the kitchen bar. - This has nothing to do the owner but a cultural difference good to note. The place is wonderful and the kids (Swiss and Asian) all loved the play area. Superb! Highly recommended.

We spent a week in Fabrizio’s beautiful place. My kids and I felt right at home and loved the sound of the water from the creek next to the house. The nearby natural pool was a wonderful place to go after a day’s adventure. Everything was clean and worked. It was easy to travel to by public transportation. Overall wonderful.

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

Doris informed us in a timely and complete manner and welcomed us in the friendliest way. The studio is at the bottom of a hillside house with a private entrance and a very large, very well-kept garden, with wonderful views of the lake and several opportunities to linger. The car can be parked 5 meters in front of the door, which is a rarity in Ticino, but extremely practical. The studio is small as described, but very modern, extremely well and fully furnished and very clean. The windows are triple glazed, which further supports the tranquility in the quiet area. Walking paths from the house are available, although occasionally a little steep, the excursion possibilities to the lake or in the Ticino valleys are almost unlimited and easily accessible. Shops such as Lidl, Migros, etc. are within walking distance, it just goes down or up. All in all, a great studio with a very lovely hostess. Thank you, Doris.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

What an extraordinary place- it fully exceeded our expectations. Fresh flowers and beautiful gardens really made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! We will be back!

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Antonio was always very accommodating and the communication was extremely friendly. The Airbnb absolutely met our expectations, it is a super cozy apartment in a quiet district, shopping (Migros) is a 2-minute walk away and most can be reached on foot. I'd love to come back. Kind regards Jeremy

Luisa’s place was the perfect home base for exploring Lugano. The location couldn’t be more convenient, as it’s just steps from the end of the train station funicular, making arrival and departure incredibly smooth. It’s also a very short walk to the lake. The B&B itself is spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and full of helpful touches. The in-unit washer/dryer combo was especially appreciated at this point in our European trip, and made packing light much easier. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Luisa herself. She was communicative, attentive, and genuinely warm, clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome and well cared for. Luisa also has great recommendations for local, authentic cuisine. If you’re visiting Lugano, staying here is an easy choice. It sets the tone for a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable visit.

Beautiful apartment with a unique location. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and very clean. However, we liked the special location and the great view best! With the deck chairs, you can lie right in front of the house on the pebble beach or enjoy the view on the balcony. Raimondo was easy to reach and very friendly. Glad to come back!
