Vacation rentals with a home theater in Ticino

We had a great time with the family at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transportation. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Francesco and Stéphanie are adorable, as they live above they are always available and discreet, they do not speak French or English but we understood each other very well, a little effort on each side and that's it Thanks again to them for this pleasant stay.

The Christmas apartment is ideally located in the center of Mendrisio a few steps from all the amenities (supermarket, shops, bus stop, station). Having spent a week working at the architecture academy, I really appreciated the proximity of the house after work. The neighborhood is calm and the windows are well soundproofed. Everything in the apartment is arranged in a practical way and Christmas was always available for any circumstance, thoughtful in making me have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend a Christmas stay and I will not fail to renew the experience if I have to return to Mendrisio!

We were very well hosted by Francesca and her husband. The apartment is beautiful and super warm. We were able to shelter our motorcycles for the night. On the advice of our Host, we had a very good meal at a nearby restaurant. I highly recommend this listing and would gladly come back when the opportunity arises

Chantal is very welcoming, warm, generous and nice. It's easy to feel at home at her place and even though we couldn't communicate in our different languages, she guided me on the DeepL app, there we were able to talk. Highly recommend her, she's what all the hosts/hostesses would be.

We felt comfortable right from the start. All as described. The contact with Marko was tiptop and very pleasant. On the day of arrival, he called me and explained exactly how it works with the key and parking space. He gave us many tips on excursions. I will be happy to come back.

We had great days at the place, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt in great hands. The small swimming area is a highlight and I could still use the SUP boards, it was a lot of fun.

The house was ideally for the 3 of us for our short stay in Malvaglia. Easy parking outside the house. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Silvana provided us with great communication and even offered us storage for our bikes. We would stay here again.
