An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Shared garden and laundry room. The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2’by car (15’ on foot) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’by car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit the Bellinzona-sud motorway, 5’ and 25’ walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

Restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, comfortably by bus thanks to the stop a couple of minutes away or by Citybike, whose station is very close to the apartment.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

A nice apartment, 2 km from the lake, on the ground floor of a manor house in a very quiet area without traffic. A garden with a pergola and a parking space are available. A free public beach with toilets is 2 km away. Restaurants, shopping centers, and fitness centers are 2.5 km away The center of Lugano can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The area offers many possibilities for excursions A sofa bed is available upon request.
