The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

Our townhouse cottage 'Lilypad Cottage' is conveniently located a short distance from the main high street, the River Avon and Bickerley Green, with access to walking and biking trails (locked storage for bikes available). Explore the charming market town and its local shops, both independent and high end retail, and restaurants a stroll away, or take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new sitting room and bedroom carpets. Stair basket for shoes at entrance. Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.

Claudia's stydio is located in respectable quiet road approx 200 m to the beach close to the local shops, ideal for kitesurfing and water sports and Sand parks play areas for children , Cycling track, nature reserves , funfair, BMX track and skatepark, ideal for walks . Indian and Chinese restaurants fish and chip shops Tesco's co-op sainsbury's lidl's are all within a short walk . for use of futon please book for three people as its a added expense

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
