Casa das Artes is a family home of Guillaume Pazat, Sandra Rocha who is a native and the parents of two children, Gabriel who is 9 years old and André who is 5 years old. The house was acquired on a visit in 2016 that was pure love at first sight. Since then and until the completion of the remodeling, made by the architect Nuno Malato, the work has become an investment of body and soul, clearly visible in the personal elements that are in the house. New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
