Come and enjoy the Terceira Island in a calm and cozy place like Quinta Rico. Quinta Rico - House II is a new house built from scratch, with all the amenities and a privileged view of the sea. You can stroll through its orchards where you can find a variety of fruit trees, as well as small vegetable gardens and some animals such as chickens, peacocks, turkeys and rabbits. Guests have access to a generous swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

Very well situated, about ten minutes the distance from both cities of the island, excellent bathing areas. At a short distance of 500 meters are two of the best restaurants on the island: Restaurante Rocha and Restaurante Boca Negra. It has an outdoor space where you can spend a quiet afternoon with a magnificent view.

A house that does not sacrifice comfort and refinement to be environmentally friendly. The space has a total area of 51.38 m2, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom (Queen) and bathroom, however there is the possibility to add 2 extra beds allowing for up to 4 people. When booking the room you can choose Single (1 person) or Double (2 People) and add up to 2 extra beds (single) thus ensuring space for up to 4 people.

Bella Casa – Entire House

The villa Bella Casa Total House, which is situated in Angra Heroismo, overlooks the nearby lake. The 180 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and towels.
