Vacation rentals with beach access in Terceira Island

the accommodation is very easy to find, both by car and on foot, close to Lajes airport. A simple and pleasant apartment and very good bedding, which is not common. Thanks to José for hosting us and for his availability.

Garden has very special sight on Angra, from Miradour to MonteBrasil and over. House is well equipped and projected. 4 persons stay confortable. We have passed special moments. Elisa E Jorge are lovely persons full of suggestions on every tourist desire. We will come back.

Spectacular Garden Views, this is a must return to space

We had a great stay! The appartment was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, including olive oil, salt, coffee and tea. Small but nice balcony with view on the harbour. Good instructions to get inside. Location was very good, walkable distance to the harbour and lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The parking around the appartment is free, but quite full, so sometimes you need to search for a place. We would definitely recommend.

Our family's stay at Sunrise - Casa Sao Joao was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend! The location is ideal for exploring Angra - steps away from restaurants, shopping, with a view to the harbor from the Juliet balconies! The apartment felt larger than pictured - very spacious for our five family members, updated decor and very clean. We loved eating breakfast on the large patio each morning and relaxing outside after a busy day exploring beautiful Terciera! Elsa was extremely helpful - meeting us at the apt when we arrived and answering any questions we had. We were also provided lots of detailed information on things to do and see prior to our arrival which we really appreciated. The apartment was a centrally located home base for our many explorations around the island, and we had a wonderful stay thanks to the very attentive and prepared owner and host! We would love to stay again!

Jose and Carla are very nice and welcoming, they even gave us something to make our breakfast! Nothing is missing, everything is perfect! We'll be sure to sing its praises! The accommodation is spacious and very well maintained, tastefully decorated and the location is beautiful, quiet and the view from the terrace is splendid.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and was well stocked for our two nights in town! Jose had a wealth of great information of the area and island when we checked in. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future !

Paulo was an amazing host the entire we were there. If we ever had any questions they were answered right away. As soon as you walk into the house you are greeted with some complimentary snacks as well as water which was amazing because we had a late flight. I will definitely be coming back again!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and so kind. I had an amazing stay. The house is so cute and very clean. It’s near the airport so if you arrive on a late flight the perfect location, it’s also in the middle of the village. Cannot wait to be back :)

We had a wonderful time. The people in the village are very friendly. And because of the festival we enjoyed the local entertainment complete with a front row seat to a bull fight Out in front of the house!

Based on the photos, we booked this accommodation at the time, and honestly it turned out to be even more beautiful than expected upon arrival. It is very cozy and comfortably furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. The various seating areas in the garden, overlooking the sea and in clear weather on the islands of São Jorge and sometimes even Pico, made our stay complete. In the evening we could enjoy a fire basket with plenty of wood, which made the experience perfect. We found the location on a somewhat busier road, especially because a small mini market across the street provided a lot of convenience. In addition, there was a small cheese producer a stone's throw away where you could have breakfast in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. It is an ideal base to explore the Terceira hinterland, with ample parking. Highly recommended and a pearl under the Airbnbs!.

Teresa’s house in the Azores is an absolute must-visit! Not only is the house spotless and cozy, but Teresa herself is one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. When it started raining, she went above and beyond by personally driving me to a restaurant in her cool classic truck, and even offered to drop me at the airport. Her hospitality is unmatched, and staying at her Airbnb felt more like visiting a friend. If you get the chance to stay at her place, don’t hesitate—book it! You’ll have an amazing experience with a truly special host.

Helder's place is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. It is very private with ocean views and lots of fresh air. On a clear day, walk up to the upstairs patio facing the coast and take in the fresh air and natural beauty of the island. It's just a short drive from Angra, and an even shorter drive to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island (e.g., Taberna Roberto, Quinta do Martelo). And as if that wasn't enough, Helder was very gracious in helping us with challenges we faced due to some unusually harsh weather during our visit. His proactive and very responsive communication saved the day a couple times. We will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to the island.

Christine was an amazing host and the house was perfect. Highlights for me were the parking that was always available and the cleanliness throughout. I hope to stay here again next time I visit family in Villa Nova.

We really enjoyed our stay here on Terceira Island. Sandy & Duarte were terrific and responsive. The place is very comfortable, well equipped and the view is unbelievable! We will have no hesitation in coming back. There was a technical problem with the water heater (we had no hot water for a day which was difficult) and it took a while for the technician to respond. We were told the water heater is brand new and for some reason it turned off.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Communication was quick and smooth — everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous location with everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Bed was comfortable. The house is a different color than the listing which made finding it a little confusing (it’s white with blue trim now). Check-in could be a little smoother, but was by no means terrible. Overall, this was a really lovely stay.

Beyond expectations! We were two couples (my husband and I and my parents). The apartment was perfect for privacy based on the layout with room to spare. It included all amenities and a few extra perks. Having a laundry room is great for longer stays or quick washes. The whole experience from the booking to the checkout was easy and host was responsive and helpful. One morning we didn’t have hot water and it was quickly acknowledged and resolved. Having multi A/C units (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living area) made hot days and nights bearable. Highly recommend and would book again when we return.
