“CASAS DO MORGADIO – azorean wine and lodge” are located in Biscoitos, a land with a long tradition in wine production. It is part of a family property with about 2.5 hectares that still maintains all its functional structure (houses, agricultural fields, winery and distillary) and where the vine and other fruit trees are grown, wine and brandy are produced, for at least three generations. Here, we assure you that a minute still has the same 60 seconds, but what fits inside is much more. It also allows us to do nothing.

Come and enjoy the Terceira Island in a calm and cozy place like Quinta Rico. Quinta Rico - House II is a new house built from scratch, with all the amenities and a privileged view of the sea. You can stroll through its orchards where you can find a variety of fruit trees, as well as small vegetable gardens and some animals such as chickens, peacocks, turkeys and rabbits. Guests have access to a generous swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

Tower House - Confort by the Sea 2456AL

House located in the parish of Cinco Ribeiras in the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. A few meters from the sea and in one of the best bathing areas on the island. With a private pool (open year-round). With stunning views over the islands of São Jorge and Pico (South) and the largest volcano on the island of Terceira (North - Serra de Santa Bárbara). Its location allows you to watch the song of the gulls every night and occasionally see dolphins and whales.

AngrA+ | Studio with terrace with sea/city view

Apartment 01 is included in a complex of 6 apartments, AngrA+. It is a studio (T0), ground floor and suitable for reduced mobility. It is 40m2 and is dominated by a 17th century cantary arch. It has a large (17m2) exclusive balcony with table/chairs and overlooking the garden, city and sea. 2 person maximum occupancy. Common spaces include a garden, an outdoor pool, a lounge with a library and fireplace, a terrace, and a self-service laundry.

Scattered in the natural vegetation of the complex, they appear to be of extraordinary lightness due to the fact that they are partially suspended from the ground. Located in a grove, isolated, they are true observatories of nature. Built with wood from the island (cryptomeria oriuda), they all have a double suite equipped with bathroom, table, minibar, electric coffee maker and an awning with panoramic views.

From Casa Verde, you can see the islands of São Jorge, Pico, and Graciosa. These three neighboring islands accompany the guests’ gaze, as if inviting them to be admired over time. Casa Verde, located in the heart of the farm, is a place of balance between different landscapes. From its windows, you can enjoy views of the sea, mountains, countryside, and Pico da Vigia, in a constantly changing scenery.
