We built this root home for our family. It was designed by an architect with extensive experience and built with charm, quality and the simplicity of those who like to be in nature. We decided to rent it on vacation, and we look forward to meeting guests who can enjoy and take care of it. It is in the Serreta, a magical place, next to a magnificent forest, where there are many trails, a stunning park, many little cows, an unparalleled landscape and a sunset that varies by tone each day.

Welcome to our home on the picturesque island of Terceira, nestled amidst serene farm land, offering tranquility and seclusion. The house boasts three bedrooms, two new well-appointed bathrooms, a full outdoor bathroom and a newly updated kitchen. Step onto the veranda with 260-degree ocean views that stretch as far as the eye can see. A short 10-minute drive to the city center, you can easily access the island's vibrant amenities while enjoying the peacefulness of your own retreat.

Casa das Doze Ribeiras is a fully restored traditional country house. It has an apartment with a large living room and a bedroom, and a studio downstairs in the old store. They may be rented separately or together. Leaves are common. It has a beautiful view of the sea, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the Islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.
