We built this root home for our family. It was designed by an architect with extensive experience and built with charm, quality and the simplicity of those who like to be in nature. We decided to rent it on vacation, and we look forward to meeting guests who can enjoy and take care of it. It is in the Serreta, a magical place, next to a magnificent forest, where there are many trails, a stunning park, many little cows, an unparalleled landscape and a sunset that varies by tone each day.

Bela Vista Residence

The house is located on a quiet small street with a wonderful 180° panoramic view of the ocean. You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2. It is a lovely place to spend a peaceful private vacation, especially for 2 families or 2 couples. Enjoy the whole house in private!

Casa Lenta - Azores Slowhouse

A SLOW HOME is the need to survive and find ourselves. In this house, there is the possibility of looking at the sky and looking at the sea, of looking into each other's eyes and feeling each other's heartbeat. This is a house that inspires, that slows down, that forces us to stop doing what we don't need to do and where we discover a new rhythm. Here, we assure you that a minute still has the same 60 seconds, but what fits inside is much more. It also allows us to do nothing.

Casa do Lagar

Casa do Lagar (T2) aims to offer you a relaxing stay on Terceira Island, Azores. Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. It can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.

Este Apartamento 01 - Apartamento do Arco - está incluído num complexo de 6 apartamentos, o AngrA+. É um estúdio (T0), térreo e apropriado para mobilidade reduzida. Tem 40m2 e é dominado por um arco em cantaria do séc. XVII. Tem uma ampla (17m2) varanda exclusiva com mesa/cadeiras e com vista sobre o jardim, a cidade e o mar. Para uma ocupação máxima de 2 pessoas. Os espaços comuns incluem o jardim, uma pool exterior, uma esplanada e um salão com biblioteca e lareira.

Quinta Rico - House II (AL)

Come and enjoy the Terceira Island in a calm and cozy place like Quinta Rico. Quinta Rico - House II is a new house built from scratch, with all the amenities and a privileged view of the sea. You can stroll through its orchards where you can find a variety of fruit trees, as well as small vegetable gardens and some animals such as chickens, peacocks, turkeys and rabbits. Guests have access to a generous swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

Green House - Between the sea and the mountains

From the Green House, you can see São Jorge, Pico and Graciosa. The three neighbouring islands bear witness to the time our guests spend gazing at them. They are vain and like to be admired. They are uninhibited, exposing themselves to those who want to see them. The Green House, situated in the middle of the farm, is a balancing point between the different views. From its windows, you can see the sea, the mountains, the cerrados and Pico da Vigia.

Casa do Miradouro - 2º

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.

Casa da Baía das Quatro [House of the Bay of Four] - AL 1425

Recently rebuilt house, located in one of most beautiful bays in the Azores. Nestled on the slope of the Quatro Ribeiras, it offers a unique view of both the sea and the rocky escarpment of the bay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms (one suite), two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room, heating stove, balcony and outside space with barbecue and fire pit. Free private parking. Ti Chôa - Casa da Mata

Restored centenary house, located in a very quiet area where there is an orchard and a vast forest, known as Serreta Forest, one of the "lungs" of Terceira Island. This accommodation is ideal for those who like to be immersed in nature and enjoy the scents and the singing of birds. Here, you will definitely have isolation because it is far from the cities. Ideal country house to rest.

Porto Martins Bay Apartments (AL) - Apartment B

UPDATE: We installed Air Conditioning in September 2025. The apartment now has AC in the Living Room and Bedrooms. 2-bedroom holiday apartment with oceanfront very well located. Just upfront the apartment is a little public access to the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and to visit the beautiful Terceira island.
