Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross country tracks and 15 km of mountain trails, ski school, sports shop, restaurants and small spa. From the cottage it is about 350 meters to the closest ski slope and to the cross country trails.

Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 min to cross country skiing or hiking, 5 min to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 min to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 meters from Undersåkers train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Final cleaning is included in price. Rented weekly, other length as agreed. The whole house can be rented, total 18 beds.
