The house consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, one sleeping loft and a kitchen that is open to the living room. It is open between the sleeping loft and the living room, which should be taken into account if you intend to sleep in the loft and if you are traveling with morning-lively individuals. The cottage is modern but cozily decorated to create a lovely cottage feeling. Huså is located on the other side of Åreskutan from Åre and has its own ski slope and very good opportunities for snowmobiling. There is also a rapids to swim in and hiking trails.

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can get directly out onto the mountain expanses.

Cozy apartment of 30 sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens first in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season, it is a rolling distance to the lift and really good pump track! Different floor plan with, among other things, a double (triple) bed of 270 cm. Fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Before you start the day, you can conveniently slip down to the bakery Grädda 200 meters away and buy something freshly baked.
