Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Modern and nice apartment in a perfect south-facing position high up in Tegefjäll. Fantastic view over Åredalen. Only 50 meters to the nearest piste. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Cozy fireplace in the living room. Wifi, ski storage, carpark with engine heater outlet. Apartment Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, ski pass sales as well as free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.
