Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). WiFi, ski storage, parking space with engine heater outlet. Located in Tegefjäll, there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, lift card sales and free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes

Very nice apt with 8 beds, a quadruple room with bunk beds and two rooms with a double bed. Two bathrooms with a shower and WC. Sauna, washing machine, tumble dryers, drying cabinets. Free WiFi, Well-equipped kitchen. View over river, mountains and Åre. Free parking. 150 m to hill and Tege/Duved's ski system. Shop and restaurant are in the area, as well as ski bus to Åre and Björnen. Final cleaning. is included in price. To be rented first-hand weekly, other rental lengths according to agreement. Entire house can be rented, total 18 beds.
