This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. Our self contained open plan cabin offers a relaxing escape, with comfy beds, a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The Cabin is only a short walk away to a secluded beach where mussels can be gathered, or you may be lucky and find a piece of greenstone. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, especially if you have done the Paparoa Track (pick up/drop off can be arranged at a competitive price, please enquire.) Snuggle up in front of the log burner fire in Winter. Continental Breakfast is included.

This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.
