Sunny and Quiet - with a hot tub & zipline!

NicolasRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Our stay with Nadia was a real source of rest: the neighbourhood is calm, the view of the mountains magnificent, the house well-equipped, clean, and offering pleasant activities at the end of the day for our little one (zip line, basketball backboard, trampoline, games room) and for ourselves (spa). Nadia was very responsive to all our requests. Would definitely recommend this stay.

I have no words that can make justice to such a beautiful landscape. I feel super lucky to have done this stay and the trek. Everything was excellent and way above expectations. Thanks a lot Tom and Katie for keeping this track maintained and allowing people to hike in your land. You are very generous.

Shaun and Vanessa’s b&b was exactly what we were looking for. My fiancé and I were visiting from Australia and were staying in a new b&b every night for our week holiday. Shaun and Vanessa’s place was the perfect place to wind down and had the most incredible views we had seen since arriving in NZ. We were unable to experience the spa as we had booked the room quite late but the overall experience we had with Shaun upon arriving, the spotless room with a bed so warm we had to sleep with a window open to let in the night breeze and the breathtaking views, this will be a regular place that we stay at for our future visits to New Zealand. Shaun had also suggested that we take a mini road trip to Lake Tekapo. We stopped on the way and got to see snow for the very first time and experienced the Lake Tekapo hot springs which was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Shaun and Vanessa for an incredible experience and making this our must stay place when we visit your beautiful country again.

Lake View Earth Cottage

ValliRating, 5 stars1 week ago
One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The photos don’t do the views justice—waking up to the mountains and Lake Hawea took our breath away. We loved grounding barefoot in the mornings, soaking in the crisp mountain air and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect spot for meditation. The kitchen was beautifully equipped, and we enjoyed cooking while looking out at the dreamy mountain views. The whole space felt so warm and thoughtfully designed, with skylights that filled the house with natural light on sunny days. This earth cottage has such a beautiful, grounding energy. It was the perfect base for exploring Wanaka, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Immediately feel at home in this fascinating little cottage, built out of natural materials and decorated with art & creations that give it a unique and cosy feel. Our host left us a special little welcoming gift of fresh baked bread which we absolutely loved, while enjoying the delightful evening watching the cows in the field. The pub was friendly and the store was very interesting. Definitely a memorable experience, highly recommend especially if you are a creative or inquisitive person. Lovely bed, good linen & facilities. Thank you

My wife and I had the most amazing time staying at Pete & Janine's place! The room was fabulous and styled with taste! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cozy and warm with its log fire!! Pete & Janine were fantastic hosts and treated us as though we were family. They cooked a great dinner both nights as the pub down the road was closed! We absolutely recommend this place at the highest level! We loved our stay and will look to return again soon!!

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

Jacks Point - Earth House

IngridRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Love the design of the house, the host must have put lots of thoughts into designing such a classy house and such a peaceful location. Could have some more fans inside the house to improve ventilation given we could not always open the door in order to prevent the insects flying in - it was fine during the night but could be an issue during hot summer day. We were out during the day so it wasn’t really a problem for us. Overall we love the place and thank you team for the responsive support!
