Fully renovated Artistic Brick House furnished with eclectic stylish furniture. Large green area in the back of the property. Great off street parking and the property has an iron gate that you can lock if you chose. Multiple zones for privacy. There are 3 full sized bedrooms with Queen Beds and 1 smaller bedroom that has super king trundle bed that can form a large bed. There’s also a chill out room that has a couch for an extra person to sleep. Just over 1 kilometre from bars and Resteraunts.

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Perfect for those needing a safe place to relax after a busy day, “Tradies and travellers love our place” We do not allow parties, events, group gatherings - call it what you like !!! Our Airbnb is for our paying guests only. Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the place tidy and take the linen off the beds (the service fee is paid to Airbnb)
