Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Taipalsaari

The house is simply unique. The view of the lake is breathtaking and it is great that you are right in the forest. Incredibly beautiful. We felt super comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Kari is very accommodating and even organized a child's life jacket for our daughter at short notice. Thank you! The hot tub and sauna are in top condition and the kitchen is very well furnished. All in all, it was a great, relaxing vacation for us and we didn't miss anything.

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Lovely farm setting. It was nice to visit the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

We spent a week at Johanna’s cabin - the cabin was in a great location, the sauna was excellent, very easy to swim in the lake and lots of great walks in the area

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, historic house with a lovely courtyard. The trip felt like a refreshing summer vacation, even though my spouse and I were in training for three days. Definitely the best bed of all Airbnb beds ever! I have rehabilitated my back and therefore I am demanding in terms of mattresses.

The place was cozy and in a nice location. It looked even nicer in real life than in the photos. The sauna had wonderful, gentle steam. The details were thought out to work and everywhere there were nice and nice details. We were warmly welcomed. Plusses for children's toys and a nice barbecue house with new grills.

Lovely cottage with a great lake view

It was a pleasure! The sunsets were amazing!

We had a quiet and relaxing time at the house. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with our travel date, as it thawed heavily shortly before we arrived and then froze again. The result was a rather demanding journey over heavily icy forest roads. With four-wheel drive, no problem and on site you could do well with spikes. But you think twice about whether you have to go shopping by car or not. After it had snowed again, that was no longer an issue, mind you with four-wheel drive! The house is quietly located directly on the lake. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and relaxation, I can only recommend winter as a travel time. We used the cold days for the sauna and took a few trips to the beautiful frozen lake landscape. Sanna was always easily accessible and provided us with information about the location and everything around it 👍 In terms of amenities, we didn't miss anything and we could imagine coming back 👋👋👋

The cottage is like something out of a fairy tale, really beautiful, and the surroundings are admirable. We had a few accidents, but the host's (Jukka's) proactive, understanding, and progressive actions helped resolve things quickly. Warm recommendation!
