Vacation rentals with a fire pit in South Karelia

We've stayed a total of 8 times on the canal with a large group. It's easy to find, check-in at your own time is easy and hassle-free. The milieu is beautiful, in the best place to follow the seasons. The floor plan of the house is good. Bedrooms are upstairs and common areas downstairs. A larger group can sit at the large dining table. The living room can also accommodate a larger group. Iida always responds quickly, and it's easy to agree on things. We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Lovely farm setting. It was nice to visit the beach sauna at the end of a long cycling trip. Mummola was nostalgic and in peace, I highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The house is beautifully located in a perfect location. Well and tastefully furnished, right on the beautiful lake. Sauna,boat and billiards are also great. Large supermarket (S-market) is not far away. You have your peace and can also do a lot in the area. Matti is a great,likeable and helpful host!Everything was wonderful and we'd love to come back!

Beautiful, historic house with a lovely courtyard. The trip felt like a refreshing summer vacation, even though my spouse and I were in training for three days. Definitely the best bed of all Airbnb beds ever! I have rehabilitated my back and therefore I am demanding in terms of mattresses.

Eeva is a fantastic host! The check-in experience was very smooth—Eeva’s brother was already waiting for us at the cottage when we arrived. He explained everything in detail, and we paid the hot tub fee in cash (MobilePay and bank transfer were also available as options). On the first night, we noticed that one of the rooms had a broken radiator. We contacted Eeva, and not only did she apologize, but she also arrived at the cottage with a spare radiator within 30 minutes. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates 14 people. Upon checkout, as we were leaving, one of our cars got stuck on the slope due to poor weather conditions. Eeva came to our aid and offered to have her brother bring his tractor to sand the road. Fortunately, we managed to get the car out without needing the sand, but Eeva went above and beyond to ensure we had the help we needed. Overall, it was a great experience with an amazing host. I would happily recommend others to visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! It’s stylish, spotless, and very well-equipped, everything I needed was right here. The views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking, a perfect place to relax and unwind. Timo is lovely host, responding quickly, friendly and helpful. I’d love to return someday! 100% recommended.

Small cottage, functions well for couple or e.g. two friends. All well available to enjoy cottage life and nearby some places to visit. Nicely decorated and comfortable cottage.

This accommodation was a really good value. The place was easy to find, clean and completely matched the description. The hosts had prepared good instructions both online and separately in writing for the accommodation. Everything went smoothly and messages were answered quickly. I liked the "dry land cottage", but the lake was also a couple of Seppo Rädyn's pulls away, so you could go fishing. Special mention of good, dry trees, which heated the sauna and water quickly. Otherwise, really nice saunas. I went every day, even though I'm not even a special sauna user. Highly recommend 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! Hosts were great, very welcoming and were always there to help with anything. We would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay here again.
