Gas stove and grill available. There's a bed for one in the barn. The sauna has a loft and a pull-out sofa bed. You also have access to a rowing boat and a paddle board. The hot tub heats up for a separate fee. There is a campfire place on the beach. There are a lot of stairs in this place, so please note when booking.

Built from recycled materials and accessible by a rowing boat, the raft sleeps 1-3 and has no electricity or running water. The floating sauna offers a great experience of traditional Finnish sauna rituals.

Eco-friendly cabin living on a large property (4 ha) with no close neighbors. The building is clean, fresh and well decorated with materials. You'll get a made bed with linen sheets, a cold refrigerator, and your own south-facing sandy beach. A few kilometers away is Puumala Golf, Sulkava Castle Mountain, and more to see. You can row, sauna, and grill. The building has solar power where you can charge your phone and get light in the evening. Berries and mushrooms can be collected from your own forest.

The large windows and three terraces of the house offer a magnificent lake view that enchants from season to season. There is accommodation for eight people, so the place is perfect for families, groups of friends or business partners. Your own peace.

Unique Villa by the Lake

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Panoramic windows with stunning views of the water, cozy atmosphere and all facilities for comfortable rest allow to relax in nature in an atmosphere of calm and enjoyment. It offers a spacious sauna overlooking the lake, modern appliances, comfortable beds, satellite TV in all languages and free wi-fi. You can have forest walks, plenty of berries and mushrooms and good fishing.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa Saimaa Swan Bay

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Rock House, in the middle of nature, with lake views, Saimaa

The Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.
