The apartment is part of a two-apartment house, has 1 bedroom and a living room combined with a kitchen, a terrace with furniture for relaxation. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, in the house you can not smoke. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances - stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, full set of dishes, dishwasher. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. There is a sauna and a wardrobe for drying clothes. Bed linen can be brought with you or rented. The price is 12 euros per person.

Sointula is a two-storey winterized cottage with a beautiful lake view from the upper floor and terrace. The cottage has its own gentle beach with a hard gravel bottom. You can also swim from the dock. There is a rowing boat and life jackets. Many guests are excited about fishing because they have had a good catch.

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. The apartment has a shower, there is limited hot water of 15 liters, so it's enough for one person to take a short shower at a time. The water will reheat for about half an hour.
