The house is great for family, sports, and work travel. Downtown Imatra 2.5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4 strip. A sheltered courtyard for cars and motorcycles. Saimaa and Ukonniemen-Rauhan sports areas with spas and several golf courses nearby. The main building of the Harjula space in the middle of apple trees, in the yard of a grain farm. The space was occupied by the family since 1950 after the grandfather evacuation has ended. In a lush and expansive yard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

This superbly located home has easy access to everything. Free parking lots are located on the street right in front of the apartment. Clean, spacious and bright studio with french balcony in the apartment. There is an elevator in the house. Shops, services, a sports field, a compound track, an ATM, and a swimming pool nearby. Coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven and refrigerator, toilet, shower, and washing machine. Two single beds can be combined as a double bed upon request. The property is non-smoking.
