Cottage/summer cottage in LPR on the shores of Lake Saimaa

High-quality, well-equipped cottage on the shore of Lake Saimaa in the peace of a large plot. Beautiful and spacious view of Lake Saimaa. Easy to arrive by car. Drinking water comes to the kitchen and for washing, well water comes with a hose, clean and modern outdoor toilet. Rowboat. Lappeenranta city center and services about 12km away. Bus stop about 3 km from the cottage. Please check the driving directions somewhere other than Google Maps. Written arrival instructions in the arrival guide! We hope that the cottage will be left in the same condition when you leave as when you arrive.

Sauna sex

A small sauna cabin with a sleeping alcove, as well as a dressing room and sauna. Double bed, sofa can be used as an extra bed for one. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Water can be pumped from the lake to the sauna. Drinking water must be brought separately. Wood-fired stove and fireplace. Barbecue canopy with gas grill. Outdoor toilet with composting toilet. Guests have access to a rowboat and 2 SUP boards. The playhouse is not included in the rent. Hot tub, which can be rented at an additional cost. €70 per day/weekend or €100 per week.

Peace and relaxation by Lake Saimaa

Cottage Kotiranta is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa in Taipalsaari. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so you can spend time in peace in the spacious yard playing games or watching birds from the terrace. The yard of the cottage borders the beach, which has a gently deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a jetty on the beach for swimming or sunbathing. You have a rowboat at your disposal, so you can go fishing if you want. Several guests have been delighted with the abundant fish catch.

Primitive finnish sauna and washing room prox 10 m2 with wooden stove, well water. Room 10m2 with fireplace, sofabed, 12V solarpower for lights. Grill for cooking at terrace. Fish-smoking equipment available. Great possibilities for fishing and picking berrys and enjoy nature peace area around clean water of Saimaa and fresh air. Destination is for naturelovers!

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Prisma and Citymarket are 4 km away and the nearest restaurant is there, as well as in Visulahti. Outdoor activities can be done either by jogging, enjoying the terrace or visiting the forest.

Just cross the street, and you're at the marketplace, where you can enjoy the leisurely life of the early day and the offerings of the marketplace. You can get local specialties from the market kiosks. There is a grocery store and a post office on the street level of the house. The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
