Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

Parking space can be found right next to the house (about 150-200m) In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a beach and a convenience store just 750m away.

Two bedroom apartment in the port of Jyväskylä in Lutakko, right next to the EXHIBITION CENTER, Pavilion, Innova and Dynamo, just a few hundred meters walk from the travel center and the city center. Paid garage space with advance booking. The apartment is located on the fifth floor. From the living room and glazed balcony, there is a view of the lake. Sauna and 2 toilets. In the second bedroom there is a double bed.. The other bedroom has a 120 cm bed. There was a dog in the apartment, pets are now prohibited.

The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.
