We really enjoyed staying here and are very grateful for the kind hospitality - from responsiveness, clear instructions by messages and within the house, the kid-friendly feel of the house (bunkbeds, Lego area, trampoline, nearby playground), clean and organized rooms (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms). We were grateful for having two bathrooms. We really appreciated the little folder with all instructions and local recommendations. We would gladly come again if we are in the area, and highly recommend the home to anyone who wants a little peace and quiet in an idyllic yet modern setting.

This isn’t your typical hotel or tourist apartment, rather an actively “lived-in” home with immediate family history and vibes. It felt cozy, clean and right at-home, compelling to take care of it like our own. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, overseeing the last of Alesund islands, glimpsing into the Atlantic. We’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay, thanks for having us!

Ingeborg's place is wonderful, amazing views of the fjords and close to Ålesund as well. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the house were spectacular and we can't wait to visit Norway again!

Johannes’s house is a cozy and stylish home with a stunning view of the fjord and mountains. The house and area was a fantastic place for our family with local hiking and fishing spots just steps away. Johannes kindly shared local highlights for us to see and was a fantastic and welcoming host.

We book 2 nights for confirmation. Super happy! Newly renovated and nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for three adults and a child under two years. No noise from the apartment above, easy to park at the entrance and the ability to sit outside. Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lovely host, very attentive in case we needed anything. We were greeted with a welcome note and a chocolate . Everything is very clean, tidy and spacious. The house has windows that gave us unbeatable views. All super comfortable and very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here very much. I recommend it 100%. We will surely return.

Staying at Andrea's was really great. The apartment was as in the photos and everything was really very clean. There were clear instructions for check-in and everything was well described. There were even fresh roses on the table and there were a few snacks on arrival. The location was also very nice, a little off the beaten path of the huge tourist crowds of Alesund but still quick to reach.

Robert's place is very nice - it's a separate flat in a larger family house, with separate entrance from the garden. Located in a very calm, quiet residential area, with a supermarket and bus stops to and from Alesund center very close. The apartment has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with big, comfy bed and a bathroom. All the amenities are there - electric kettle, microwave, oven, even a washing machine which is useful for those staying for longer. The apartment is well kept and clean. There is a small, quiet garden outside, with a bench! Great for evening relaxation. Communication with Robert is excellent, he responds very quickly and in a very friendly manner. In short, we loved his place and I think we were lucky that it was available for our stay.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our stay in Ålesund. The apartment had a great view of the water and the setting sun. It was conveniently located to many restaurants, downtown, and to the hike to Aksla. It was clean and quiet. We really appreciated being able to use the washer. Elisabeth was very prompt in communication. She even texted when the apartment was ready so we were able to check in a little early. We recommend Elisabeth’s apartment to anyone considering it.

We had a great time at the apartment. Communication with Anton was simple and fast, and the apartment was well located. On that particular evening people were a bit rowdy at times through the night right outside (what can you do? It's not a fault on the apartment) but otherwise a great stay! Thank you for hosting us!
