It is possible to rent the area by the lake, with fishing equipment, 2 paddle boards and a fire pan. This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

Stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning og entre med lydisolert tak, nytt gulv og malte flater. Egen inngang. Kjøkken har alt du trenger og kjøleskap med frysedel. Bad renovert i 2020. Fint uteområde med fin utsikt, trampoline, lekeapparat og leker som barn kan benytte. 5 soveplasser med 4 senger. En er etasjeseng.

Nytt (2020) stort hus sentralt i Langevåg. Huset ligger på brygge helt i sjøkanten. Du bor i gangavstand til hurtigbåtkai og det tar kun 10 min. til du er i Ålesund sentrum. Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

High standard, central location

I've travelled a lot in work and leisure. My goal for this apartment is to provide what I wanted myself while travelling and give my guests the best stay possible. The apartment will contain everything you need either if you are on work or vacation. If you miss something, tell me, and I'll provide it right away. Since I live in the apartment when it's not rented, when you book I will need time to get the apartment ready, so if you're booking in very short notice, you might need to wait a bit.

Our modern, architect-designed house with roof terrace (with sunbeds and furnitures) and beautiful views over the fjord, is suitable for families or group of friends. The house is located by the fjord, near the mountains, only 15 min by car from the center of Ålesund with it’s characteristic art nouveau architecture. Ålesund was voted as the most beautiful city in Norway. It is surrounded by sea and with short distance to both beaches and mountains it’s perfect for all kind of activities.

Shielded outdoor area and free parking. 5 min drive to Amfi Moa which is one of Norway's largest shopping centers. 20 min to the center of Ålesund. 20 mins to Devoldfabrikken outlet. 1 hour to Strandafjellet Ski Resort. The apartment is perfect as a base for various excursions. Welcome! Some minor maintenance work such as painting is taking place on the plot. (Not when guests are present)

Peaceful and cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Shopping Center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the lake. By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.

About 15 minutes walk to the historic Devold factory with outlets, shops, cafe and museum. 5 minutes drive to the foot of the Sulafjellet mountain where there are nice hiking trails and beautiful views!

Stor og romslig tomannsbolig sentralt på sunnmøre leies ut i perioder da jeg jobber på sjøen og huset står tomt. Boligen består av to etasjer, hvor det blant annet er to bad, to store soverom, stor stue med sofa/tv plass og spisestue. Kjøkken har alt nødvendig, og også et spisebord med 4 stoler. Uteplass består av hage og markterrasse. Grill og paviljong på sommertid. Geiranger, trollstigen og Ålesund sentrum er bare en liten biltur unna!
