Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

The home consists of a basement with various tools, fishing equipment, etc. Exterior and private entrance to bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Main floor: living room, kitchen. Attic: three bedrooms with 2+2+1 beds.

Here you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. If you are extra lucky, you can also experience the northern lights dancing across the sky. In other words; enjoy!

Bring the whole family to this nice home in a quiet, child-friendly area. The house is new with modern furnishings and practical room solutions. There are good sleeping places for 7 adults. It is possible to borrow a sprinkler bed or travel bed for children. The house is located a stone's throw from the lake where it is nice to fish or swim. There is also a short distance to great mountain trips with spectacular views. Moa shopping center is 7 minutes away by car. To Ålesund city center it takes 17 minutes.

Stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning og entre med lydisolert tak, nytt gulv og malte flater. Egen inngang. Kjøkken har alt du trenger og kjøleskap med frysedel. Bad renovert i 2020. Fint uteområde med fin utsikt, trampoline, lekeapparat og leker som barn kan benytte. 5 soveplasser med 4 senger. En er etasjeseng.

Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

Campingvognen er idyllisk plassert med god utsikt. 10 minutter med bil fra Ålesund sentrum, 13-16 minutter med buss. Gratis parkering. 1/2 minutt å gå til fjorden der sjøvante kan leie robåt etter avtale. I gåavstand har du Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset med strand, stier, gapahuker og bålplass samt bunkerser fra 2. verdenskrig. Du kan gå opp på Sukkertoppen herfra. Nydelig utsikt over by og fjell. Vogna har dobbeltseng, enkeltseng, stor sofa, enkelt kjøkken, toalett og tv, ovn m.m. Velkommen.

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.
