Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

Short distance to Langevåg city center, where there are shops, supermarkets and Devoldfabrikken - a popular shopping area with outlet stores, café, bakery, wine sales, etc. There is a fast boat daily from Langevåg harbour to Ålesund city centre – a trip that only takes 7 minutes Langevåg is surrounded by beautiful nature with easy access to fjords, mountains and forests.

Newly renovated apartment with private entrance and two bedrooms. Langevåg city center and Devoldfabrikken can be reached in about 4 minutes by car. The amazing Sulafjellet is nearby. Langevåg offers a disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a speedboat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a private sauna. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and has everything else you usually need.

How about a relaxing time on the private terrace or enjoying a magical moment in our beautiful hot tub! You can fish right from the dock or rent a motorboat and explore the fishing-rich Borgundfjorden. The place is just outside the fantastic Ålesund! With a speedboat from Langevåg you are in Ålesund city center in 10 min, with your own car it takes 30 min to drive. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

The caravan is idyllically located with good views. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city center, 13-16 minutes by bus. Free parking. A 1/2-minute walk to the fjord, where boaters can rent rowboats and paddleboards. Feel free to cycle/walk to Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with its beach, trails, gazebos, and campfire area, as well as World War II bunkers. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.
